I have been passionate about personal growth and development ever since my high school physics teacher and track coach introduced me to mindfulness and yoga during the end of a difficult practice session.

For over a decade, I’ve parlayed that passion into helping professionals achieve their goals by tapping into the power of intuition, emotional intelligence, and holistic leadership.

With years of experience as an Economic Development Advisor and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Consultant and a deep commitment to personal growth, I've developed keynotes and workshops that inspire and empower. Method for Success and The 12 Areas of The Whole Self, offer actionable insights and practical tools for creating a fulfilling and balanced life, both professionally and personally.

In addition to speaking, I host The Inner Deep podcast, where I explore themes like the dark night of the soul, the loneliness epidemic, and spiritual solutions for modern challenges. My goal is to create a space where individuals can find solace, inspiration, community, and the tools to reconnect with their divine selves.

Outside of my professional life, I'm deeply committed to economic development in Chicago, volunteering my time to share career insights with students and strategizing with local leaders to create impactful change.
